General Requirements
Most rentals include fridge and stove and may include dishwasher, and laundry facilities but are otherwise unfurnished. When renting a house the tenant usually pays all the utility charges and is responsible for snow removal and lawn care. Many condominium rentals include heat, water and electricity if they are included in the maintenance fee. Rental apartments usually include heat and water but the tenant may have to pay electricity.
